This branding project was made during my semester abroad in Rio de Janeiro, where the goal was to not only develop the entire visuals and naming for a service or product, but to also develop the entire entire concept of the brand, being from Portugal and being in another country that also speaks Portuguese, I decided it could fun to play around with the similarities and differences than exist in the Portuguese language, varying for country to country, in this specific case BR and PT.
Dedo ("finger" in Portuguese) highlights the fingerprint of books and Portuguese literature, each being unique and having their own stories and identities, the project aims to celebrate our language vast cultural heritage, while also promoting reading.
