The Handmaids Tale / opening credits

Typographic motion design for the Hulu TV show "The Handmaids Tale", a series that focus on maternity and reproductive rights of women. This project ended up being almost 100% analogue, made entirely by hand carefully writing down all the casting names with milk over a glass panel illuminated by a big LED light underneath, and spilling a mixture of water and milk over and over again the same cup was used for the entire project to avoid waste), and then reversing the videos on post production in order to create the desired visual effect.
